Booking process

Review and approve a written proposal with clear pricing.
Your booking and event date are confirmed once the proposal is accepted and any required deposit is received, subject to availability.

Payments

Invoices are issued and paid through a reputable third-party payment provider using the payment methods it supports. We never collect or store raw card details on our website.

Deposits and schedules

Deposit amounts and payment schedules are set out in each proposal before you pay.

Confirmation

You will receive written confirmation with a booking reference once your booking is confirmed.
