Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. This policy describes how cancellations are handled. Specific amounts and deadlines are stated in your proposal or service agreement, which takes precedence.
Cancellation by you
- Notify us in writing at info@ankletglow.com.
- Fees for work already performed and non-refundable third-party costs (such as ad spend or vendor deposits) are not refundable.
- Any refundable balance of a deposit depends on notice given and work completed, as described in your proposal.
Cancellation or postponement of the event
If your event is postponed, we will work with you to reschedule services where possible.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel, you will receive a refund of amounts paid for services not yet performed.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method through our payment provider.
